              Terms & conditions: 

• By booking with VTT, you authorize us to make and confirm your reservation. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your appointment, with any additional charges applied to your account upon completion of the service.
• The customer agrees to prompt payment for any damage caused by the costumer during the rental, allowing a fee to be applied to his credit card without signing on the credit card draft slip.
• Changes and modifications to your itinerary billed at the current hourly rates.
• The included chauffeur service fee of 20% is suggested and entirely at the full discretion of customers, it can be added, reduced or removed by customers.
• There is a $500.00 fee for any damage caused by vomiting (vomiting cleanup fee), bodily fluids or smoking, as well as loss of income.
• Standing is prohibited while the vehicle is in motion.
• Minors may not consume alcohol inside VTT vehicles during rental. 
• Smoking is prohibited in all VTT vehicles.
• Seat belt must be worn all the time by costumers while riding VTT vehicles.
• Overtime will be charged at the scheduled hourly rate, in ¼ hour increments, 5 minutes after the scheduled drop-off time.
• In the case of a transfer, overtime will be calculated after 5 minutes of waiting.
• VTT is not responsible for losses due to major power. 
• VTT is not responsible for items left in vehicles. 
• VTT reserves the right to replace booked vehicle by another equivalent vehicle if necessary.
• VTT reserves the right to refuse or terminate the service to anyone. 
• VTT has a 72-hour cancellation policy for all reservations, to avoid a full fare charge of your booking, please cancel at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Reservations made within the 72-hour window are exempt from this cancellation policy.
• Transfer reservations are calculated at a predetermined pick-up and drop-off location, if waiting time or stops are incurred, the customer agrees to pay based on the current hourly rate of rented vehicle. 
• Fuel fees are subject to change between the time of booking and the service date without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
• There is a $100.00 fee for pets that do not travel in a cage, there will be an additional charge of $500.00 for any damage or additional direct cleaning, as result of pet claws, droppings or excessive amount of hair.
• By securing your reservation with VTT trough phone, email, third party service or in person, you agree to all the above terms & conditions.
